A very warm welcome to you all to this ninth SUBIOS Underwater Festival.
THE OCEANS - OUR LIFE
is this year’s theme, which will extend over a period of three weeks -
2nd of November 1998 untill the 19th of November 1998.
This will hopefully encourage maximum participation as well as allowingparticipants
time to appreciate and revel in what the festival has to offer. A special appeal goes
out to our society’s physically disabled; your disability need not to be a deterrent
in appreciating our country’s rich marine life - come and join us.
The participating Dive Centres’ contributions will come in the form of highlights of
Seychelles diving. Activities will range from social events to meeting some of the great
professionals in the diving world. Do come and join in what is rapidly becoming the
most acclaimed underwater video and photography festival in the Southern Hemnisphere.
