circulation following the adoption of the Codex Standard
SS CX STAN 070:1981 Rev.1:1995
- Specification for Canned Tuna and Bonito
which is Comesa Harmonised Standard
Producers, Suppliers, Users and other stakeholders of canned fish are advised to secure a copy of this standard for reference at all stages during production, packaging, distribution, sale and use of the product and hence guarantee quality product on the local market.
