Tourism authorities and players have said that they
are in the process of implementing new packages aimed at countering low
season challenges.
What we all need to bear in mind is that our
competitors around the world also do adjust travel and accommodation
rates downwards the way we are planning to, so to stay ahead we need to
do a little more.
Our Creole hospitality and charm have to be our
cutting edge, and each one of us needs to remember that in one way or
another, we all prop the tourism industry, and should therefore give the
best we can towards supporting it, whatever we do. |
