The Youth Department is organising a one-day nationwide assembly of youth groups at secondary and post-secondary schools, as well as at district level, to provide them with an update on the desires and wishes expressed by their peers during the Aspiration 2013 exercise.

Dubbed "Rendez-Vous 100 Days", the activity will be conducted simultaneously between 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. on Friday September 26,  in all districts of Mahe, Praslin and the inner islands. Earlier the same day similar sessions will be held at the International Conference Centre for secondary and post-secondary students.

The activity has been organised to mark the 100th day since the historic presentation of the Aspiration 2013 document to President France Albert Rene during the National Day 2003 parade by two youngsters who actively participated in the Aspiration 2013 exercise.

During the exercise the youths had expressed their wish for the timely dissemination of information on issues which are of relevance to themselves and to national development.
