company, Cable & Wireless (Seychelles), has opened its second
Internet Café at its Customer Services Centre (CSC) at the Scotia House
in Victoria.
The opening of the
Internet Café reflects the company's continuous drive to provide
customers with more flexible solutions to meet their communication
needs.
Based on the ground
floor of the Scotia House, the Internet Café provides a comfortable and
spacious area where customers can log on and surf the net at their own
leisure. The Café is open Monday to Friday from 8.00 a.m to 4.30 p.m
and on Saturday from 8.30 a.m until noon.
The Café offers two
main packages, mainly for student and standard users.
Students using the
Internet services at the Café, are charged only R8 for the first 15
minutes of usage and thereafter R6 for every 15 minutes.
For general Internet
users or for people with small businesses who want to keep abreast of
the latest happenings on the international stage and help enhance the
efficiency and performance of their business, the standard package is an
ideal choice.
Under the standard
package customers pay R10 for the first 15 minutes, R18 for the ensuing
30 minutes and thereafter R6 for every 15 minutes.
Cable & Wireless
(Sey) Customer Service Centre offers a series of services, namely
service application, mobile registration, prepaid starter packs, bill
payments, faults reports, fax services, sales of phone cards and prepaid
vouchers, among others.
