Former President Mancham

Former President James R. Mancham will attend a Middle East Peace Symposium in Jerusalem, Israel, between December 19 and 23.

This symposium is an initiative of the Interreligious and International Federation for World Peace and the recently founded Interreligious and International Peace Council.

It will include in its scheduled events a major rally for peace which Mr Mancham will attend as a special guest of honour.

Before going to Israel, the Former President will deliver a keynote address at the 4th International Conference of Chief Justices of the world in Lucknow, India, on the theme "Enforceable International Law is the Need of the Hour."

This conference is organised by the City Montessori School which holds the Guinness world record of being the largest City School in the world with over 27,000 students and which was recipient of the Unesco prize for Peace Education 2002 – the only educational institution in the world which has received such recognition.
