The Air Seychelles frequent flyer programme is
marking its new online statement service with a competition to win a
ticket to Mauritius.
The new online service will allow members of the
frequent flyer club, Seychelles PLUS, to view their statements and find
information about the programme on a dedicated Air Seychelles website.
Existing Seychelles PLUS members can visit
www.airseychelles.com/seychellesplus and register their details which
will give them instant access to their account details.
Members of the Seychelles PLUS programme earn
points every time they take a flight, which can then be redeemed for a
free flight, once sufficient points have been accumulated.
The new service is being promoted as an improvement
on the current situation under which members either wait for their
six-monthly statements or contact Air Seychelles for the information.
Launching the online service Seychelles PLUS
Programme Manager, Ms Lisa Laporte suggested that at present, "a lot of
members have been trying to get information at times when we are not
necessarily in the office, now they can access the information whenever
they want."
In order to publicise the new scheme Air Seychelles
is running a two-week competition on Paradise FM.
Each morning three Seychelles PLUS members who
registered the previous day to view their statements online, will be
picked at random and entered into the grand draw on 11 November.
Paradise FM's Ms D. will announce the winner who
will win a return ticket to Mauritius.
Seychelles PLUS was launched in 2001 and today
boasts almost 5,000 members.
