World Electronics
confident in satisfying customers

World Electronics here
to deliver
Whatever its
customers want to have, newly opened World Electronics says it will
deliver.
Mr Ahmad Jabber,
the supplier of World Electronics, has expressed his appreciation for
the support he has received from the government, especially President
James Michel, in the setting up of the business here. The business, he
says, is helping to create employment opportunities for young people
keen to work in the field of electronics.
World Electronics,
which is based in MS Complex next to Barrel Trade Centre on Quincy
Street, has on sale a variety of mobiles and accessories, DVD players,
tape recorders, video camera, fax machines, computers, epilator,
wireless phones, refrigerators, washing machines, among other items.
But the interesting aspect of this particular electronics shop is that
it has set out to satisfy its customers by selling them exactly what
they need and not just anything.
People, Mr Jabber
says, normally work very hard to save money to buy something they
really need and according to him it is not fair on them to come to
World Electronics and find out that the item they need is not
available.
"World Electronics
is a shop that will cater for what people needs and we will order for
them whatever electronic item they want," he says.
All clients have
to do is write their order in the blue book on the counter and the
supplier will do the necessary arrangements to import the items. No
additional costs will be imposed on customers placing the order.
Moreover, in line
with its principles not to let down its customers, the shop offers
guarantees of up to six months on all its products. Once the shop has
acquired a good client base the guarantee will be extended to one
year.
Mr Jabber says he
also does not believe in over charging customers, especially when it
comes to repairing damaged items, an additional service World
Electronics hopes to offer in due course. He points out that there is
a tendency among certain repair businesses to keep charging a client
for repairing the same item over and over again.
"Either they fix
the item or they cannot fix it," he says.
World Electronics
will be recruiting highly qualified technicians to work in the repair
line of the business, where clients will be offered a warranty of 10
days upon the repair of their items.
"World Electronics
is a shop for people from all walks of society," Mr Jabber says when
talking about the prices of products on sale.
"We have very good
mobiles selling for as low as R800," he adds.
World Electronics
is also offering customers the possibility of getting access to
certain products, for instance the very latest range of mobiles, the
moment the items hit the world market.
The shop is
located on the Eastern wing of MS complex, facing Nelcia's boutique.
It opens from 9.00 a.m to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 9.00
a.m. to 1.00 p.m on Saturdays. |
