Nouvobanq Wednesday opened its first commercial branch on Praslin which is based on the ground floor of the new Horizon Complex building at Baie St Anne.

Although the bank is already operational, its official opening will take place in two weeks' time.

The bank will offer similar services as available at its main branch at Victoria House on Mahe, such as savings and current accounts, and deposits.

The branch has a five-member staff and is managed by Mr Selwyn Michaud-Payet with Mrs Danielle Mahoune as assistant manager.

The opening of the branch will also make way for Nouvobanq's first Automated Teller Machine (ATM) on Praslin, and this is expected to be set up at Cote d'Or in the very near future.

The bank is open from 8.30 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. Monday to Friday, and from 8.30 a.m. to 11.30 a.m. on Saturday.
