National Tourism Professional Competitions 2003
Competitions under way

The National Tourism Professional Competitions for 2003 have already been launched. This year competitors will be contesting in only two categories instead of six as was the case last year. The two categories for this year are cooks/ pastry cooks and bartenders. Other categories will from now on be incorporated in the Service Excellence Awards under the U-First programme. The different categories to be contested in U-First this year are National Tourism Professional Competitions, Establishments of the Year Awards, Service Excellence Awards, Minister's Trophy and 25 years continuous service in the tourism industry. The U-First Unit would like to remind all those who have registered for the Service Excellence Awards to start wearing their U-First badges. The competition is on so start proving your talents in your respective fields. Who knows, you could be a winner!
