The company is managed by a strong team of young and educated professionals, with over 40 years of data processing experience amongst the top management staff. Apart from the management staff, the company employs a total of seventeen systems analysts, programmers, computer technicians and support staff, all with a wealth of computer skills and experience. |

| Mr. Marc Houareau (A.A.S., B.Sc. Computer Science, USA) the majority shareholder, is the Managing Director of the company. After graduating with degrees in Computer Science from the United States, he spent nearly a decade in the field developing and implementing small to large-scale systems throughout the U.S. He has worked with large companies such as IBM, AT&T(NCR), Anderson Consulting Group, Price Waterhouse and Ernst & Whinney on a variety of projects. Most recently, he was Director of Marketing & Computer Development for a subsidiary of a large, international company (TBG Thyssen-Bornemiza Group), a 2 billion dollar per year conglomerate, based in New York City and Monaco. | Mr. Wilson Quilindo (B.Sc. Computer Science, UK), Microsoft Certified Professional - Windows 95 & Windows NT. Formerly the head of the Seychelles Government’s Management and Information Systems Division (MISD), joined the firm in 1992 as Manager Software Development. | |
| Mr. Phil Southwell (B.Sc. Computer Science, UCT. CDip. mRINA) Microsoft Certified Professional - Windows 95 & Windows NT. After a 15 year absence, during which time he ran his own Yacht Design company and developed software for Marine Engineers, Phil joined VCS in 1993. Making use of extensive experience in system analysis, programming, AutoCAD, graphic, technical design and web-site development, he now concentrates on software design and electronic marketing of all kinds. | Ms. Christine Adeline (B.Sc.
