You capture and display client data using the reservation screen. The information is presented using a tabbed folder analogy. The data is thus divided into Main - showing client information, Rooms - which shows which room(s) will be used and what is special about each room and Folio - which summarises expenses incurred under two categories.

All client info is thus available instantly. No searching backwards and forwards while Mr. Citizen, your otherwise happy guest, drums his fingers.

Check in and out times. Arrival and departure flights

Market used in statistical analysis

Name of user who created the reservation together with the date and time. No doubts about that.

Same for the last modification made.

Rooms

Guest name is automatically inserted into the room record and cross-indexed.

In some cases the room check-out may differ from the guest's departure date. This is captured here.

Click the check-in button and the room is marked as occupied. Reverse the process with the check-out button. Easy.

Guest folio

Expenses incurred are automatically added to the main folio.

Additional expenses not covered by agreements with the TOP are easily added to the extras folio.

Point of sale items and telephone charges may be added automatically using the optional modules.
